Leg of Lamb is available on the bone or boneless.
Butterflied and/or Seasoned.
Colarado Lamb Rib can be prepared whole as a rack.
Naked or seasoned with a Dijon Parmesan Panko crust that will have you amazed.
The Rack can also be prepared into Chops for easy grilling, naked or seasoned with a Garlic and White Wine Marinate that infuses Rosemary, Sage and Thyme.
All Tenderloin is Prime and is Trimmed to Perfection & Tied as a Roast or Cut into Steaks for the Grill or Oven.
Boneless Pork Roast and/or Stuffed with Baby Spinach and Fontina, lightly seasoned.
Crown Roast Naked or Stuffed with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage.
